Kaisa Travel provides private tour planning, booking, and coordination services for travelers visiting China. A detailed itinerary and quotation will be provided before any booking is confirmed.

2. Booking & Payment

To secure a booking, a deposit is typically required. The deposit amount and payment schedule will be clearly stated in your quotation. Final payment terms depend on the specific itinerary.

3. Changes to Itinerary

We understand plans can change. We will work with you to adjust your itinerary where possible. Some changes may incur additional costs from hotels, transportation providers, or attractions.

4. Limitation of Liability

Kaisa Travel acts as a tour coordinator and is not liable for events beyond our reasonable control, including weather conditions, transportation delays, or third-party service disruptions. We recommend purchasing comprehensive travel insurance.

5. Travel Insurance

We strongly recommend that all travelers purchase travel insurance covering trip cancellation, medical expenses, and personal belongings before departure.

6. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the People’s Republic of China. Any disputes will be subject to the jurisdiction of Chinese courts.
