General Cancellation Terms

Cancellation terms depend on how far in advance you notify us and which services have already been booked. Specific cancellation terms will be stated in your booking confirmation.

Typical Cancellation Schedule

  • More than 30 days before departure: Full refund of deposit, minus any non-refundable booking fees from third-party providers (hotels, transportation, etc.)
  • 15–30 days before departure: 50% of deposit retained, plus non-refundable third-party fees
  • 7–14 days before departure: 70% of deposit retained, plus non-refundable third-party fees
  • Less than 7 days before departure: Deposit non-refundable

Trip Rescheduling

If you need to reschedule your trip rather than cancel, we will work with you to transfer your booking to new dates. Rescheduling fees depend on the specific itinerary and season.

Force Majeure

In the event of circumstances beyond anyone’s reasonable control — such as natural disasters, extreme weather, or government travel restrictions — we will work with each traveler individually to find a fair solution, which may include rescheduling or partial refunds.

To cancel or modify your booking, please contact us directly by email or phone. We will confirm your cancellation and refund amount in writing.
